Play your best and never give upppppp easily!
encourage yourself to play the next shot better, catch your opponent's weakness(es) and strengthen yourself.
Put in more efforts while playing your game
Every shot counts!!! so do not watch the shuttle till it drops onto the floor! always push yourself to get it. there's always a chance to be able to return it as long as you try.
Remember, do not show that you are tired
opponent will fight even more to pressurise you and make you more tired
YOU should be the one doing that to them.
even if you feel discouraged because you make numerous mistakes, you should still fight on!
never give your opponent an easy game.
realise your mistakes and tell yourself not to commit it again.
for doubles, communication and encouragement are very impt
do not be annoyed with each other
only when both work together, should you two be able to execute the best shot
ALWAYS ALERT
cover for each other at all time
it's about teamwork
RUN for all shots.
Take your time to serve and always ready to receive service
reduce the number of shots hit out and into net
To the yr3s, hope you all can play your best to win despite the pressure you might have because your opponent may be older than you
it's your yr4s seniors' last yr in zonals tournament
Im sure they would wish to be able to get into the second rd at the very least.
We missed our chance last yr, so we definitely hope that this yr you all can do the team and past seniors proud by getting into the next rd!
Have the determination to win every of your game.
I know it's easy to say but hard to do some of the things i mentioned above
But as long as you have the heart to do so, though you might not be able to do it 100%, you could in fact do it at 70-80% which is very good already because you TRIED.
Do not disappoint yourself.
GOODLUCK AND JIAYOU!!!!!
seniors will go down and support if we can!
Cheers from Jaslin (:
